How to plan a digital strategy for your online business?

5 steps I wish I knew before I got into this project
1. “WHY” - Once you have your why-to-answer, you can immediately start building a brand story behind it that will help others understand what you represent. Think of Apple's motto: “Think different”
2. Goal setting. It is important to set a measurable goal for our business. The general goals of “have a better future” are difficult to achieve.
3. Think of yourself in the skin of your 4-5 customers. Are you sure you know your target audience? Are you already testing your solution?
4. “My app will be so good that it will definitely be downloaded a lot” - We hear this phrase a lot of times. The situation is that an application business also needs proper planning and development of the sales process.
5. “Content is king”. It can be any business. Content production is paramount. How can you automate this? This is worth thinking about before development. Eg: Sharing for something in return for a reward
